Event Description

Starts 7 and 8 of Nov in Port Le Havre, France.
Final destination will be Por of Limon, Costa Rica 19 and 20 of Nov. 50 sailboats w/crew of 2 mono and multihull. This yr the Transat has been named "route of the golden grain" (coffee). That is why they selected Costa Rica. 350 media reporters will cover the 3rd most important regatta in the world. Nice chance to be here. By the way, Puerto Limon is just 2 hr drive from San Jose.

correct date: starts nov 7-8 ends between 19 and 20 of november. Nice time to visit Costa Rica and meet local sailors, as well as europeans from france, Italy, England, Germany USA and Finland.
