while i am in ensenada, the ONLY way to contact folks is skype-- thereis a 1.69 us charge for all cell phone calls and 50 cents per kilobyte charge on data transfer--lol so i am able to skype for free using marina wifi.... works great when contacts are online, and messages can be sent when they are not online. is good service.
