This could be cotidiano.
I like using a green squid and leave it skipping on the surface.
The banjo is good also, and handy for catching dolphin especially since there are usually more than one.
When you're reeling in one fish, get the banjo out and set the bait about 40 yards behind the boat. The mate for the 1st dolphin will likely take the second bait.

Great video...tell me about the method on the reel you used...I always use a rod and reel...I bet the fish were good.
