It looks like Beneteau & Nautic Ed have a good offering that should be inviting for a lot of people who wouldn't otherwise be willing to risk more money at this time to get into, or remain in big boat sailing. Those class prices are very economical considering what other courses cost.
Insurance endorsement is probably likely as Nautic Ed will make boating more safe for anyone thinking of owning or chartering boats. The Beneteau & Nautic Ed relationship should also feed mutual endorsement for Beneteau charter fleets worldwide. I've been giving endorsements to our Navy sailing program graduates for years as on occasion I get calls from charter companies to verify sea time. Spring Break is a big charter time for our present USNA Midshipmen as a few of them will be heading down to the Bahamas & the Caribbean for some bareboat chartering. Some Mids head to Cancun for the normal spring break, but some of our team members head for the bareboat fleets for a truly unique Spring Break party.
A good friend of mine has a 2 yr old Beneteau 50 that plies between Miami & Puerto Rico. Unfortunately our schedules haven't aligned yet but I'm hoping that he'll try the Marion-Bermuda celestial race in 2 years and he might do the Charleston-Bermuda race with the boat.
Cheers!

It looks like you have a great program with the Nautic Ed and Beneteau Fractional Ownership.
Good luck with that. Looks like a top notch program.
