Good one Terri! The solution is to haul out someplace like Seattle. We just did our bottom here. We were not allowed to prep the bottom - had to have the yard workers do it - but they did let us roll on the paint. This is the cleanest boatyard I have ever seen (And I've seen a few). Probably because sanding is prohibited.
