SeaKnots

No pics to post yet, but just finished an awesome trip from Mobile bay to Port St. Josehp FL. what a trip. did an over night pasage there, and one on the way back.  It was great weather, lil warm, but thats part of it.  I am so stoked, want to go for another open water passage.  I took the 4-7 watch so I could see the sun rise, ;) I got to see the sunset as well being the skipper I was up at all hours checking things, Gosh I love this sailing on open water, We out ran a storm first passage then got caught by a reall small rain squall, only 25 knots wind, but was great fun plowing along in the dark.
Cheers all

p.s. Posiden, lets me think I out ran his weather, I do know it was just the way weather was going that night.    But fun to think I out ran it.  your dont out run much in a sailboat, except another sail boat.   lol.

loosing sight of land always makes a trip more enjoyable, you, the ocean and blissful silence except the wind and sea (rain, thunder, lightening are optional extra's). Sounds like you had a great sail there
