And so it goes. No real big tropical depressions out there yet. Note that operative word: yet. It is our traditionally hot and rainy season here in Touristland,. Rain during the rush hour on your way home from work. more often than not.

Taking out the Sea Owl this weekend for her maiden voyage. We are taking crew too...my son, Ben and his long time friend, JP. This should be VERY interesting and fun. The way the hubby and I figure it is that the more people on board the more people to HELP push/pull us out when we get grounded. Please note operative word there is...when. It always helps to be prepared!

GIve a yell if you see us....we'll be out on the inter-coastal around Cocoa Beach on Saturday afternoon. I am needing a sailing fix BADLY. Texas was fun, but it was great to get back to THE BEST SAILING STATE IN THE US.

Hope everyone is staying safe and dry.

Be careful out there, especially those sailing out there in hurricane season....I tend very much to stay close to home base during these months...I don't plan any real heavy sailing. There's a reason for that!!!! Good weather to all!

Im not TOO gullable but I understand the wind sheer has somethin to do with our less than mild tropical dist. season. Kinda puts me on th edge of my seat, thinkin about leavin. I settle myself back in th chair. Can't yet. Th thought of closeness to the day becomes more apparent. Very vivid! Nervousness sets in hard. Cant look back now. Can, but...
Wish Phill and Zee would wait another month, at least, but can't stop a fast movin train. At least they know where to duck n run as it will be their second pass -a good thang.
Them sonofabitchin hurricanes will go where they will, where ever we are. So, Phil and Zee, I do support ye as ye play chess with Mother Nature. We all gotta do it sometime or another, sometimes and again.
May the Queen and Bishop win th day!

Cheers,
