Hi Jim,  I was reading a little more about the Zephyr...so that is not your boat.  You rent it, use it, how does that work?  I love the water, have taken a few beginner sailing lessons..learned a little about knot tying, winds, etc. but don't have a boat.  Looks like an interesting concept if you could elaborate some.
