Don't think it's a brown line.....would have noticed that i think. Think (hope) maybe it's the shadow of the way picture taken. Will check it out though. Thanks!

What is the brown line at the back of your (white part) rudder?

Is it just discolouration from a rusty water?

I do apologise, but it was not my intention to create some concern.

Like the font too, looks like th font used to write "POPEYE".
