Take the valve cover off and pour light oil in any open valve. Then try working the main shaft with a big wrench and get oil into all cylinders. If you get her loose enough to crank, spray some WD40 in the intake while cranking. It will burn like fuel and is not as bad for the motor as ether. Good Luck

Cosmetic mostly need to free engine 40hp diesel hasn't run in 2 yrs but sails are new and dingy has outboard and sails bottom is still good .
