    I don't know about you, but my thoughts are turning to summer sailing. We thinking of north end of lake, into Huron and the Superior. How about you? Do you get to make a long cruise? How long? Plans?

  • Sailing from Racine to Bayfield 2012

    Would appreciate any input as we just purchased a 36 catalina in Racine area and will be bringing it home in late june.  Looking forward to crossing the lake, a few days in the North Channel, the locks and the run across Lake Superior to our home port in Bayfield!

  • My favorite Lake Michigan harbors

    #1 - Pentwater. Not much dockage at the Municipal Docks and the lake is deep for anchoring, but the town is interesting and the lake is pretty.#2 - St. Joseph.     Looking for nice anchoring spots one day out of Monroe Harbor in Chicago. We're chartering a 36' Dufour and would like a nice cove or inexpensive harbor. Any ideas? Thanks.
