Dear self,

Quit smokin'! As ye learned yestrday, cancer sticks are now FSC (fire safe cigerettes.)
Thinkin' maybe they removed the chemical that keeps a smoke burnin', and learnin' otherwise -"they" started t' double rollin' the damn things or using thicker paper to accomplish this. The desire to puff is as not as important as the need to avoid emphysema! Glad to know it's only a thing to do when havin' an occasional beer, and not an addiction.
The Letters FSC arrrrrgh stamped above the bar code for a reminder that if Ye dont think about yerself, who the hell will?!! So stop puffin' harder and start livin' smarter!

Thank You Phillip Morris! I needed that!

Since this is the year for "change", I'm writing that note to self too. At two packs a day, I need help to quit. I need to call my doctor, I have set my quit date for inaguration day, January 20, 2009.

Good luck to you Dances With Sails.
