I'm married and have 4 children. I live on our 44 ft Gulfstar, Puddle Pirate with our 3 younger kids. So far we have only sailed Puddle Pirate in Puget Sound but next year we will sail her to Mexico and then the South Pacific, who knows maybe around the world. Living on a sailboat comes with it challenges and rewards. We make ordeals into adventures.
Selling our home 5 years ago was hard but well worth it. I home school in order to allow us the freedom of cruising. My husband is my first love, he attended my high school graduation and has always supported me. We just celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. Our oldest daughter is now 26 and recently just got married in August. We are hopping she will make us grandparents before we leave next year on our international trip.
I am a licensed USCG 100 ton Master Captain and plan on supplementing our cruising kitty by chartering our boat out to folks that want to go out for a day sail. I have always liked the water and I am glad that I am able to live life on the water with the ones I love. Life couldn't get any better.

I have been really busy planning the Latitudes & Attitudes Cruiser Party. It takes place August 13-15 in Anacortes, WA. However I always find some time for a short sail to get away. I was out last weekend. Thank you for asking.
