SeaKnots

This morning I was mad that I used good judgement and stayed on the ICW; but T-G I did not go outside. This afternoon I am having a pity party because the motor kept shutting off, the wind is howling at 25, I'm tied to a dock and not feeling very secure as the fenders keep popping off; I barely made it to this dock but it's on my lee side, so I'm having to sit with my feet pressing against the boat when the North Carolina power boaters seem to think going full throttle is some kind of fun. Anyway, morale support appreciated. I'll save the camera episode for a future article. Bad day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hope my Abaco girls had a great time, call or write and tell me good stories.

Here's to a better tomorrow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Moral support from me, Marlene. You are too brave. Motor problems can be such a bear. I hope that things are getting better. Keep the faith.

Hello Marlene,
head up , smile on face.. ' you are woman, you can do anything " !! :-) ;-) ;-)
It seem like Murphy is sailing with you.. Dump him overboard.. ! You don't need bad luck .

Why are those fenders popping off ??? Why is the motor shutting off? I'd be worried about it and have it checked out.
I wish you'd have some friends with you for moral support [and some fun time as well, you know : girl's day out " . What Ferris Bueller can do we can too.. !

I read you on the motor boaters.. Some of them have no clue , no manners. I'm dealing with some of them in our marina. However there are also some good motor boaters around. Let me count them.. one ,two three.. :-)

The weather up here near Ottawas hasn't been the greatest. We've had very little wind, so we're not going far unless we fire up the 8 hp OB and motor along to a quite sandy beach to hang out for the day.
I've done some fishing but no bites. I think the fish are smarter than I'm giving them credit for..LOL

Today ,again, we are rained out. It's funny there's no wind yet we have Tornado warnings. Don't know where they should be coming from and don't care to find out.

Marlene, I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you.
Report back so we know that you're ok.
Good luck and fair winds
Liv
