Profile Information

Profile Type:

Homeport:
Rough River Lake
About Me:
We have a lakeside house for sale to purchase a houseboat for full time liveaboard. Since my husband and I know NOTHING about boats, I have been studying everything I can get hold of to learn everything I can. I hope my husband really wants this adventure as much as I do and not just trying to please me. We plan on staying on inland lakes in Ky for 6 years then retire and travel other waters.
Current location:
Rough River Lake, Ky., United States
Destinations visited:
Barren River Lake, Green River Lake, Lake Cumberland
Looking to:
Find my aluminum or fiberglass hull houseboat about12'- 14' by 38' -46' with queen size bed, outboard motor, inverter, generator,or solar panels-- to live on the rest of my life!

Miss River Rat- Hope you find the boat of your dreams for living and cruising.
A house boat is probably more comfortable living space but if you want to travel, you may find a cruiser to be more flexible on the rivers and coastal waters.
