i have been a lake sailor for umpteen years. i now have the opportunity to relocate closer to the coast and wish to purchase a larger vessel to experience the ocean. i am in search of any and all info on ocean cruising from proper protocol in new waters to anchoring rights etc. thnks. jason

"I’d also do a test using only the main. The more testing you do the more likely you’ll find the problem. I’d also check to see how much the leeward shrouds sag during all the tests. Let us know what you find. Good luck
