Born and educated in NC. LIved outside NYC for 17 years, moved back south, then to Dallas, TX, back to Atlanta with IBM. Now semi retired ....sort of.....and want to sail

Want to expand this. I have visited Cape Cod, Menemsha, etc out of Newport,. Plus Cape Lookout and Okracoke out of Whitaker Creek YC in Oriental, NC. Day sails and races on Lake Ray Hubbard in Dallas, TX, Lake Norman in NC. Was lucky enough to win Dallas Race Week as part of the crew with Captain Scott Self on a J35 in 1997 or 8.

I am interested in day sails and trips or racing. I have an ASA bareboat cert. from DAllas Tx (a renewal) and one from Oriental, NC from years ago. I chartered out of Whittaker Creek Yacht Club until moving to Dallas, TX.
