Hey Marinus - just checking out your page. We're in the same boat as you, retirement is fast approaching, and our dream to live on our boat is always nagging at us. Living on land sometimes is difficult for us sea folk, more so for us up north here, as we have such a short sailing season compared to folks further south. Have to win a lottery, of work p/t if we decide to live permanently on a boat, and live in warmer climate (tho' come back to a safe port during the hurricane season).
