I'm 63 years old and semi-retired. I live in the English Lake District but sail my Beneteau 40 ("Sonata") in Turkish waters for, on average, three months each year (2x6 week trips, one in the Spring, the other in the Autumn).

I'm in the UK but the boat is in Turkey.
Destinations visited:
The coast of SE Turkey.
Looking to:
To learn of the experiences, problems and solutions of other Beneteau 40 owners and maybe to pass-on some of my own experiences.

"Have a 2010 43 and whilst racing recently and well heeled over on port had similar experience. Only in the aft heads and haven’t as yet sorted out where the ingress came from but suspect the shower drain. Never happened before in 15 years with…"
