Ahoy Jennifer, Welcome to SK's!  It's a bit slow in here at the moment as people are enjoying their boats, but rest assured that there are real sailors and sailorettes here.  As the internet goes, we're nearly neighbors in the larger scheme of things.  I'm down in the central bay and my Islander was designed by Bruce King, the same naval architect who developed the Erikson line.  I hope your boat projects are coming along satisfactorily.
