Hey Jack, Thanks for your comments on boats I'm considering.
I prefer not to have a gas Atomic, but a lot of them have been repowered with diesel. My dream would be the Beta Diesel. Next choice would be Yanmar. I understand it's easier to get parts and Volvo's parts are way expensive I think. I really appreciate hearing what you have to say from your experience. Thanks !

Overslept! Oh oh! You aren't one of those crew who has to be jiggled awake for his watch are you?? :-) I belong to WBYC just around the bend near Norton's, have to drive by EBYC on my way. Stopped at the boat place in Apponaug 4 corners, they only carry Nissan and no 25" even to order from them. If I saw you I would have honked the horn!!! Can't miss me, red car..plate SAILR2

Morning! Bought boat last Nov., did the $$$$ thing at W. Marine last week! I should call and ask, can't do any harm. Boat has large (big springs) o/b bracket and had been hooked up to tank o/b w/water/fuel separator. Will check out the place in Aponaug. Friend has offered to help/show me how to take care of new one. It's beyond frustrating at this point. Going to my y.c. in E. Greenwich this morning. Friend told me a guy has come there and given a class on o/b's in the past. Maybe time to do again! Thank you for your help!

Hi Jack, Went to Boat World today, they're going out of business 2 o/b's left in the show room. Went to another place, looks like a old gas station on rt. 117, closed. Think I want a Yamaha dealer. Picked up old o/b, giving to someone to fix..they said 'no charge', will probably sell. thanks for the locations..will check others during the week. Went to boat, was beautiful out today, warm..sat in cockpit and just enjoyed the view! May wait for boat show, specials I hope!
