My motor is a 2 cyl Yanmar...no I have not sailed much...I will add a picture of me sailing with a friend on her boat...she says she thinks, I did great...
I need a chart plotter with GPS...I liked seeing her boat move across the screen and the depths all around....
The FREEDOMS are spose to be easy to sail...you can see the simple rigging..also know for their carbon fiber masts.
No I don't dive, but would like to try it.
Yes I have people in Marina that can help me to sail...just getting the ready and unpacking the boat condo...I hope to do in July...watching Hurricane Bertha now....thank you, and come back to chat anytime...Lola
Wow quite a yacht...I said Burrrr for Minnesota MN......I moved from there to NC, which is beautiful and yes it's summer in NC...As you see on my page, I'd love to see your area, but would have to fly...scared to sail there...been reading a lot of survival at Sea books. You will see I list my favorite book and would really like to see Island atoll Suvorov, which i named my sailboat...I am just about to take my maiden sail on her...if I can find someone to go with me.....yiks..may I add you as friend?
Yes have most of the bells and whistles but you're right, no aircon - not really hot enough down here to warrant unless I head further north (Fiji etc).
I sail around New Zealand, these days up north around the Hauraki Gulf which is world class sailing. Been at it a few years now and had a number of boats progressed from trailer sailors through to this one now.
Yes I have lots of photos but don't want to bore everyone - I might choose a few to post.
That 52' Warwick looks like the perfect live-a-board cruiser. Perfect size for living on. Looks like you got all the bells and whistle, although I don't see an air conditioner. Do you have any more pictures of your boat? I would love to see them. How long have you been sailing and where have you sailed to?
