- I am 48 years old, have sailed 6 years as crew and skipper of a J/30 and a 38 ft 1/4 tonner between Sandy Hook, NJ and Boston, MA. I have also crewed for 5 years on Flathead Lake, MT on a J/34, Friers 33, J/29, Colgate 26 and a Farr 37. Have for the last 7 years owned, skippered, raced and cruised my J/24 on Flathead Lake. Also attended J/World Newport back in 1984. In total I have 14+ years experience of sailing, with strong navigational skills, a strong computer and electrical background, great listening abilities and many stories.
