We now have a Hunter 23.5 and a pair of Hobie Adventure Islands besides miscellaneous kayaks. I do miss my Sea Pearl Tri.
Current location:
Wesley Chapel
New/Used Boat!
We sold the Sea Pearl and bought a 93 Hunter 23.5 in September. It was a little odd going back to a monohull, but we seem to be getting there. Lots of sailing events planned, check my website at www.flwwp.com
I teach at ZHS so I've got the summer off and Hudson isn't too far away. I'm packing up right now for 5 days in the Keys on my buddy Dave's Mac 26X - he posts on this board too. I'm looking forward to trying the X out, it's on my shortlist for next boat. I like my Tri but something bigger - not as big as yours, our club, WCTSS, is centered on trailer sailing - for those 1 - 2 week opportunities. My Tri is flat out fun but it is like tent camping: after the 3rd day you are ready to go home. Keep an eye on our club board and join us on one of our Caladesi or Ft Desoto Cruises, we always have a good time.
