Profile Type:
Vessel
Homeport:
Black Mountain, NC
About Me:
I've sailed most of my adult life and now have time, health and freedom to do some serious cruising again. I'd love to find a lovely first mate but if not, I single handed for my last 1.5 year cruise to the Caribbean.

I'm now in the process of completing the purchase of a 1998 Celestial Raised Saloon Amphitrite which I'll take possession of in Puerto Rico in April. If survey a sea trial go well we should close before the end of March and I should be aboard and floating about in the BVI in April.

My plan is to make this an extended cruise. Maybe a couple years in the Caribbean and the U.S. eastern seaboard maybe up as far as Quebec City and then across to the Med and who knows how long I might stay there...so much to see.

Still looking for that first mate so, if you're a single female and would like to cruise for a week or two or a year or two let me know and we'll see what we can work out.
Current location:
Black Mountain, NC
Destinations visited:
I've been across the Atlantic and through the Bahamas and the Caribbean down to Trinidad
Looking to:
Complete the purchase of a 1998 Celestial 50 Raised Saloon by the end of March. and then be ready to push off by the beginning of April. I plan an extended cruise that could easily last for several years....until it isn't fun anymore.
