- I've been sailing on and off for the last 8 years. Most of that time has been sailing Other People's Boats, but I recently became an owner myself.
Crewing, I have sailed up and down the Washington coast a couple times, explored the San Juan's twice, sailed the Haha from San Diego to La Paz, Sailed Hawaii to Seattle, and sailed the Gulf Islands up to Port McNeill, BC.
My current plan is to refit my new Cascade 29 this winter and take her up to BC next summer. I may explore up the Columbia before that, if the itch to get to BC isn't too strong. After that she'll need to head south, and eventually start crossing oceans.
