Hey, Congrats there Captain.
You now join the few that actually do more than just hold a piece of paper. I wish you a smooth transition and all the best..
Although I have been a professional mariner since 1995 pushinh barges from 120 ft to over 900 ft and 6000 metric tons of cargo through out the inland water ways,I tip my hat in envy to those who have lived my dream of sailing more than 100 miles from home port. :-).

Yes even after pulling 20 day stretches pushing barges, i can never get enough time aboard our sail boat.. I usually stop by the marina before going home to check on my mistress.
