It is Valley Cove on the western side of Somes Sound, the land flanking the cove is part of Acadia NP on Mt. Desert Is and near Northeast Harbor, Maine. Somes sound is reputably the only true fijord in the eastern US. It was a cool late September morning - you can see the dew on deck - quiet and alone. The cove is at the base of Eagle Cliffs (I uploaded a photo.) BTW, I noticed your interest in a P323. If you are ever in the Downeast area, you are welcome to a sail on mine ( but it is a little farther than MA).
