Not much sun today, but the only way to know how much I need is by practice. A delightful dinner is planned; chicken smothered in fresh chopped garlic (fresh chopped in a jar) and real lemon juice ( the kind in a bottle). Angel hair spaghetti will be boiled on the alcohol stove. After straining the hot water off, a can or two of diced tomatoes will be warmed over a low heat. For garnishing, my dock master is to bring the hunk of Parmesan cheese left in his fridge (but that is another story). Hmmm congrats to me on documenting my first recipe.
