Dismal Swamp in bloom
The green stuff is like bean sprouts 1/2 inch deep, check your water filter! No oder however. Solid green in front of the boat.

I would estimate 20 nautical miles. It was in August and water was warm, I guess that promoted the growth. No trouble while moving only when we stoped in the lock with the engine running. We just cleared the water strainer and all was fine. It was gone by the next lock, only 2 locks to get through.

This is quite a sight! How many miles did this last? I would be afraid to go too far in that.

No order, just bean sprouts. It was no problem until the boat stoped in the lock then the filter clogged up. Kinda erie seeing the waves roll back down the green water.
