Getting bogged down with the infinitesimal list of preparing for a voyage can tax even the most fuel efficient person. Fuel for us, of course, is not the diesel one might put in their automobile or even in their Yanmar inboard. Fuel for folks is the fruit and vegetables that give our bodies energy. When we eat healthy meals, we feel better. Even then, our emotions are sometimes taxed by everyday life. With the first major holiday of the season behind us, I wonder who out there feels tired, maybe sad, or maybe just not up to par. What do you do to refuel your mind and spirit? I will happily compile a list to share with others.
