Hi Lola,
Again, thank you for your kind comments. I use a Haselblad 6x6 cm with a collection of components I have collected over several decades. In fact, the lens in this shot was a 50mm (wide-angle in this format) that I purchaed in 1968. I can't yet afford a digital back, but I have a film scanner that I used on these images. I haven't scanned many of my sailing images, and I should do better with that. I usually don't enter photo contests. Most of my images are of plants, etc that I use in my lectures (I teach physiological ecology at UM), but I try to present my subjects artfully. And, you certainly are welcome to use any of my photos as a painting subject.

Love the White on White...or should i say Blue on Blue?again a great crop of composition...look at the variety of line...sorry I see it as art.

Do you enter photo contests? You should...What camera are you shooting with?

In my Favs...I may use as a painting subject if that is ok.
