We considered a swim with the whale but thought better of it, was pretty dramatic just being along side in a 10' dinghy (not quite knowing where it was going to surface) it was feeding on a large school of very small fish at times rolling on its side and back.

Liked your video clip "who needs a dinghy" and the photos of NY Harbor - magic spot to sail.
