Confused again

Here I am confused again. I was grazing my blog profile and other pages I am not always sure how I navigate to. None the less, a pop up box asked if I wanted to share my blog post on Face Book. Though I have two Face Book accounts, one under my name and the other under a boat I race (Fast Lane), neither are up to date. Regardless, I typed up a little message/story about my current situation, thoughts, and feelings, forgot to save it, and hit publish. Now, I can't find it in Face Book or on my Sea Knots Blog.

More importantly, is that I am ready to organize a web page. My friend recently had one done and it came out really nice and is user friendly. I asked her to advise me, but haven't had a response yet. Any ideas on a software program, a website, or professional/amateur who can mentor me through the process. My summer plans are unscheduled it may be a good time for me to organize the website.

In three weeks I get eight in a row of total 'my time.' Also, I am researching a simple type of radar or 'see me' widget to put on my tri. At the least I hope to do a few off shore voyages just to practice finding my way around out of land's sight. I clearly recollect my few nights off shore last summer. In the darkest hours I would spot a boat in the distance. With my light chart in hand, I found it much more difficult to determine the type of vessel in view than when sitting in Sea School classes. The biggest challenge was deciding if I was looking at a small boat close up or a large one far away. I tried radioing but no one ever answered. Hmmmmm,
