Book Exchanges in the Med?

There have been some great book exchanges in the Caribbean - some even that said, please just take books - we have too many. I was wondering if there are any in the Med. And - if they have any books in English.

We were in Kusadaci, Turkey in April. There they have a book swap facilty in the yacht club of the marina. English and other languages as well.

I found one in the marina at Villa Simius in Sardinia, Italy. It was on the table with brochures and only had 4 books but one of them was a James Patterson book I haven't read yet so it was perfect!
