i have an extra boat----a 35mII ericson--for sale in san diego---

she is very very fast in very light winds and was a racing boat when she first came into this world---now she wants to find a new owner who wants to sail her to catalina and mexico and other places...she has solar panels and a new electrical panel----thanks to the heart-interface charger-invertor installed in her and she has alpenglow lights and she has been converted to propane for cooking, and has a force 10 3 burner stove with oven installed on gimballs in her galley and she has a nice nav station with charts and other amenities, and autohelm for wheel and a not yet installed force 10 cabin heater and a yanmar 2qm20h diesel engine with very very few hours on it--less than 100.......good boat for 25,000$ US.......pm me if interested--her exterior pictures are in my gallery......sailing under jib alone at 8 kts in a 15 kt breeze.....if necessary, am willing to rent with option to a medical professional with good scruples and reliability....
