Land-locked water lover. Found a 37' Tayana and want to do one month trips 2xs a year based out of Seattel. My Wife and one other female sailed a 40' from Hawaii to Seattle. We want to cruise soon but still keep the house. Hope to be talking to cruisers for help and conversations. Sorry to say Iam a power boater now. Not much choice in Colorado. All for now. Rob

We are doing things backwards. Found the boat and now trying to figure out how to get on it. Live in Colorado Mnts Plan to sail (our boat)in spring and fall for 2 yrs, then cruise for some time 2 +/- yrs. We have been sailing Puget sound for years and more to see. Being on the water is where I need to ne. Thank-you, Rob

Advice/Experience/Suggestions for Bareboat Charter in the San Juan Islands We are looking into a sailing vacation in the San Juan Islands this summer, and I would really appreciate any knowledge, information, pros & cons, you might have of the charter companies, sailing in the area, good anchorages, weather and temps in June vs. summer prime season, etc. .... anything ;) Thanks.
