If this is as good as it gets than I am doomed to one challenge after another. Why is it that the thrill of my new helmstation anhoring system is being replaced with the failure of my LG front loading washing machine. I figured out how to empty the water overflow filter. Cleaning it was an obvious easily identified source of the problem. Only problem is the washer still won't turn on. "EWWWWWWWWWWW" the thought of calling a repairperson makes me cringe. What if this happened on the high seas? Not that I'll have anything remotely this sophisticated. Doing laundry in a 5 gallon bucket is my best hope for keeping my clothes fresh. With the prospect of renting my house in the next few months, why oh why are my spirits dampened by another household chore.

"Toughen up," you say. O.K. since there is no cheese in the house to supplant my whine, I promise to suck it up and quit buying coffee at Starbuck's to save for making the repairman feel useful. Yipe, my counseling colleague is right. What could be better than making someone else feel needed. :-)  It's just that I was feeling so happy about the windlass.

SWITH FOR FORE AND AFT HEADS PUMPS

Our Oceanis 43 was recently serviced and since her return neither of the heads macerators are working. There must be a master switch located on board, trouble is I cannot locate it. Any assistance most welcome.BilgolabandsSee More
