About Me:: Started cruising in 1999. Sailed across the Indian Ocean to the Red Sea and then to the Med. Sailed around the Black Sea in 2001. Sailed back down the Red Sea to Darwin in 2003. Sailed to Hawaii from Japan in 2005. Then sailed to Thailand in 2005 and then back to the Med in 2007. Hope to continue sailing slowly Westward. Finished circumnavigation 2011 now coastal cruising Oz looking for a spot to refit the boat. Have bought a house in Maclean, NSW, haul out the boat for refit in a few weeks.
Boat is a Crowther Windspeed 36 catamaran, named Gone Troppo.
