Michael, Good to learn there are more addicts than one in Iowa. I live just down the river from you, and am presently blessed with owning two sailboats.
One is a 1978 Spirit 23, which I hope to sell in the spring. The other is a Irwin 10/4 which I bought in Maryland last year and sailed home to Iowa. I hope to take the proceeds of the Spirit 23 and add to the Irwin and head down river next fall.
I hope to get the Spirit 23 launched in April, weather permitting, and I am inviting you down to Montrose for a sail. No obligation, I am a former flight instructor and miss teaching. I will be happy to show you all I know about sailing, Gary
