About Me:
Sailing since a young boy. Spent 18 months building my 43' sailboat Prestissimo.

This is Prestissimo a 42' Tom Wylie design that I built at Schooner Creek Boat Works in Portland OR. Her unusual features include an unstayed mast, an hybrid electric drive with a diesel generator to supply auxiliary power. She generates power to charge her batteries when she is sailing. To conserve water she has a recirculating shower so we can take a long hot shower with less than a gallon of water, and for the head she has a composting toilet.
If you are interested, you can visit her webpage at Prestissimo.org
