A few days ago I blogged about my hippy days in Baltimore, Maryland. The nostalgia of such overcame my resistance to stay within my financial budget to purchase this seven dollar bank. Who can forget the days when every sailor lit up as soon as they left the harbor? Sadly, we all know of at least one person who spent time in jail for carrying two joints. Finally, our politicians have listened to those who fought for the right to legalize pot. Two states, Washington and Colorado expect to have retail sales ready for the public in 2014. Whether you choose to indulge or not, do be careful when sailing internationally. Do put your personal health first. Do take your safety and the safety of others first. Then, if you care to indulge, you will have the money in the bank!
