About Me:
I have been a liveaboard sailor for the past 11 1/2 years, 9 1/2 years away from a dock....my girlfriend "Trish" who's been in my life for the past 8 years, and I love the good life aboard S/V Morning Star. She's a 34' custom Bruce Roberts cutter rigged sloop. We both have part time jobs and plan within the year to leave Ft. Myers and head south to the keys and then later to the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands.....I tell a lot of people this kind of living isn't meant for everyone and THANK GOD it isn't.....We LOVE IT and like meeting up with other sailors....

Key West, several times, Marathon, and Dry Tortuga.
Looking to:
Fixing up the boat, which we all know is a never ending project, and getting out of Dodge........

Hi David..."Wolf Boy" has sent me to ask if you can give me advice on wooden designed companionway doors...I will keep the slide ins for sailing ,but desire wooden ones I can just push open and lock...any ideas?...Thank you....Lola
