Grew up on the lakes of Minnesota. First boat when I was about 10 years old. Worked as a deckhand on 85' traditional s/y 'Lene Marie' at the ages of 17, 19, 20-21, for a total of 1.5 years, three continents, and 20+ countries. Sailed with OCSC sailing club in Berkeley, CA for many years. Now living with wife and two kids in my home state of MN sailing our Laser and cruising on our twin engine Sea Ray 280SS cuddy cabin.

Advice/Experience/Suggestions for Bareboat Charter in the San Juan Islands We are looking into a sailing vacation in the San Juan Islands this summer, and I would really appreciate any knowledge, information, pros & cons, you might have of the charter companies, sailing in the area, good anchorages, weather and temps in June vs. summer prime season, etc. .... anything ;) Thanks.
