Just happy day sailing with the occasional 5 to 10 day cruise around the bay. Always open for an overnite on the hook. Was scheduled to do the Baha Haha in October of 2007, but life got in the way. Would love to have a chance to do that sort of extended off shore sailing, or possibly a Bahama's adventure.
hey Larry ... Yes Ireland is great for sailing especially the SW ...but its never t-shirt and shorts weather even on a fine day. I suppose every sailor thinks their own area is the best. Best wishes
My pattern of sailing at the moment is chunks at a time. Will do a few day-sails next week then a long weekend to Dingle/Valentia Island. In September I hope to make it to West Cork and my trip Greek trip from Athens through the Corinth Canal up to Corfu is in October. Would love to sail in Chesapeake Bay sometime but dont know when I will be in that area again. Hope to do a Round Ireland next year ..will aim for that and see what happens. How is life treating you? Doing much sailing? Noone is ever on seaknots anymore ..pity ...really enjoyed talking boats there.
