About Me:
I am a Firefighter/ Paramedic here in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I plan on circumnavigating the Caribbean one day ( Bahamas, Greater/ Lesser Antillies, South/Central America and back). I have about 3 more years to work with the FD and to get my Bayfield 32 ready for the trip. Meanwhile I enjoy sailing the Northern Gulf coast as much as I can.

    Hey Sailor -and fellow Bayfield owner! You sure are correct about the article and its romantic slant (there's monthly stories about these boy-girl buddy sailing moments in Southwinds). Would love to see pictures as you get ready for your long-term cruise. Lately, I've been sticking close to shore and working hard to save some future, longer distance adventure.
