Destinations visited:: Amsterdam,Holland, Brussels, Belgium, London, England, Ireland, Wales, Cayman Islands, Newport, RI; Annapolis, MD; I was in Bivalve on the Nanticoke river this past weekend. Baltimore, Solomans Island, Crisfield MD, I plan to do more of the southern bay this summer, especially the western shore of Virginia.

Nice to hear someone got out and sailed! It's going to rain next four days I think..Called and postponed launch. Told my boat guy not to kill himself painting her bottom tonite, not going to sail this weekend anyways. Oh well, I can live vicariously through others.. :-)

I think...I'm hating this rain...was suppose to be "april showers..." not May downpours..with lightening bolts...although would be nice to be at anchor now..in a dry boat of course. :-)

Morning Tom.......thanks for your kind words . I came out of this as good as a person possibly can . Doctors at Washington Hospital Center are studying my case now because although I had a level 7 heart attack & coded out 4 times echocardiogram results indicate there has been no descernable damage to my heart . I have stints in arterys now to correct cause condition of my attack . Again....thanks for your kind words . Hope all is well with you .

I'm working on videos at the moment, searching for great music but find that u-tube is cutting out on most music because of copy rights and its war with Warners who seems to own most of the copy rights. U-tube will not be the same..

Hi Tom, yes, I am "on". Your boat sounds very interesting, great history too. What's her length? When I moved to VA 19 years ago, I moved so far inland that we didn't think it was practical to own a boat any longer and sold our Hunter 30. Chartered on Ches for 13 yrs. One day 5 years ago the bug hit wife and I at the same moment and we decided to dive back in. Now have an Irwin 37, cc, ketch. Did a LOT of improvements and enjoying it a lot. Kept at Regent Point Marina, Topping, VA , just off the Rappahanok R. near Deltaville, VA

Suppose to be near 70 tomorrow and 70's weds...but thunderstorms. Yup, right now neutral is at one o'clock..sorta..but racing.. getting it checked sunday..and he's gonna let us watch!!! whoooohoooo.... Hear on the heading south for work ..or play.. warm is good. have no backing it down..or throttling it up..just fast and faster..was a sporty entry.. the "neighbor" thought it was just fine.. well, didn't hit anything..guess it was :-)

Hey Tom ... Thanks for invite to sail. Will be in Annapolis next year sometime and would love a sail. Likewise if you are coming to Ireland I would be delighted to take you for a sail here. Its a small world .. I spent a lot of my childhood staying with an aunt in Limavady and in a rented bungalow at Benone beach. My dad was stationed in Ballykelly during WW11. Great photos. Kate
