#1 - Pentwater. Not much dockage at the Municipal Docks and the lake is deep for anchoring, but the town is interesting and the lake is pretty.

#2 - St. Joseph. Not a lot of transient space, but a great town and a great beach for the whole family.

#3 - White Lake/Whitehall/Montague. Town is at the far end and pretty shallow, but the lake is large and pretty, and the City Dock is welcoming to visitors.

Fayette. The harbor is part of the State Park. It is rustic and pristine on the Garden Peninsula.
Stu, I don't know this place at all. What's it near?

Since that is my home port, I love St. Joe--great time on Schu's verandah for dinner, too!
