When you're chilling out on your boat, guitar in hand, what songs do you just love to play? Are there a few that just happen to come out of your instrument (or throat) time after time? Or are there favorites that those around you -- family, friends, marina neighbors, crew -- ask for repeatedly?

Here are a few that I'm as likely as not to play when I'm on board:

Tequila Sunrise... Best of My Love... Me & Julio... Gulf Coast Highway... Sloop John B... Dock of the Bay... Mother Nature's Son... Sweet Baby James...

And there are plenty more where those came from. So what's on your set list?

You learn something new all the time. I never knew "Sailing" was by SB&Q.
Of course Margaritaville is on the list. Comfortably Numb, Brown Eyed Girl, Blue Bayou and Sweet Home Alabama. too many to list but these are always crowd pleasers. We also do Sloop John B, gotta learn Tequila Sunrise though.
I've recently learned 'Southern Cross' by CSNY. Also...No Woman No Cry....A Pirate Looks at 40...One Particular Harbor...some Jack Johnson too.

We often play at different rendezvous that we speak at.  One of our most favorite things is to change the words of existing songs to make them about the cruising lifestyle.  Here's an example:

A great big LOL, matey! Good job!
