Inexpensive Marinas/Boat Yards

I am looking for an inexpensive boat yard (80.00 per month or less) with haul out capeability so I can paint my bottom and do other minor stuff.  Anywhere north of the hurricane line is fine with me.  Boat is a 27ft ODay in good shape but I'd like to do stuff to it like wood work, bottom and topside paint I am living on a VA disability so cost is everything to me.  Oh, would be nice to have public transportation near by.   My boat is at Fairport Marina in Reedville now but there is no way in or out except by boat unless you bring your own car.
